This starter project includes placeholder legal pages. Replace them with reviewed terms before production launch.
1. Service
PDFissimo provides browser-based tools for viewing, organizing and adding content to PDF documents. Some planned features may require server processing or third-party services.
2. User responsibility
Users are responsible for having the right to process uploaded documents and for checking exported files before relying on them for legal, fiscal or administrative purposes.
3. Electronic signatures
The visual signature tool places an image of a signature. It is not a qualified electronic signature and does not provide certificate-based identity verification.
4. Production launch
Define the legal entity, jurisdiction, refund policy, acceptable-use rules, service limits, data retention and liability language with qualified counsel before accepting payments.
