Privacy by design
PDFissimo is built so that core editing can happen locally in your browser. Files are uploaded only for features that explicitly require cloud processing or when you choose cloud saving.
No AI training
The product architecture does not use customer documents to train models.
Optional cloud storage
Cloud projects should be opt-in, protected with row-level security and removable by the owner.
Production checklist
Before launch, add reviewed GDPR documents, retention controls, a DPA and a cookie consent flow where required.
